These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit thrifthangar.com, create an account, or place an order with Thrift Hangar. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our posted policies.

Store and product information

Thrift Hangar sells primarily pre-owned and one-of-a-kind merchandise. Normal signs of age, wear, prior use, color variation, or minor imperfections may be present. We aim to describe and photograph each item accurately, but screen colors and measurements can vary. Please review all photos, measurements, condition notes, and item details before ordering.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login information secure.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. Tax is calculated from the delivery address when required. Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method. Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.

Orders and inventory

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Because many items are unique and may also be listed on another marketplace, an item can occasionally become unavailable before inventory systems finish synchronizing. We may cancel and fully refund an affected order, correct an obvious pricing or listing error, limit quantities, or decline an order suspected of fraud or misuse.

Shipping

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Shipping prices, available methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Thrift Hangar. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refund eligibility, time limits, and exclusions are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. If that link changes, the policy listed in the site footer or policy menu controls. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or checkout, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a harmful manner, or use site content or images in violation of applicable rights.

Third-party services

The site relies on third parties for hosting, payments, shipping, and marketplace synchronization. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make Thrift Hangar responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without warranties beyond those expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrift Hangar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item, except where law does not allow that limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
